Hi!

has anything changed about this counter? 🙂

i tried to change my payment method with my new prepaid card on your link (https://www.myeventon.com/my-account/payment-methods/?) but i can’t to change it. can you help me?

Thx for your reply. You can find the updated Seatmap here:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/10GnptJBvWo_qflqWxGBL9g6F4sg2H6lH/view?usp=sharing

At the moment you uploaded the file, the map seems to be ok

• if you try to edit a single seat – there are no seat-numbers and no prices
• if you reload the whole event and then try to see the map – it`s empty

same effect if you downloaded the ‘original’ map and uploaded it again – without any editing

Could you open this page in Incognito mode?

Josh Waldron,

Unfortunately, it seems that they were unable to find a solution.

This started happening after you moved the DB, correct?
