Hello,
do you still think of the solution to this problem.
Maybe it can be taken into account and solved in the next Action User Update.

I just changed the setting When to close RSVP to “until event ends”, and emptied the setting of “close rsvp 1 min before event setting” and I still have the same issue.

See attached images.

Ok – but is this due to the update of stop rsvp setting? Just so I understand the issue properly and can explain it to my colleagues.

And actually, as I mentioned, Im already having to be creative with the settings making eventon suit our user scenarios, so Im already adapting things along the way and might be able to make a workaround.

so one when testing your cache- do this when not logged in as caches don’t normally run if you are logged in as admin

and possibly clear your browser cache

Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.

I’ll go in and check some options

currently the only way to allow people to un-rsvp would be to set the When to close RSVP to new RSVP;- until the event ends

however this will cause the ability to subscribe mid way through all the repeats (or) on the rsvp- set capacity for each repeat

another option is to set the when to close rsvp to – until the event ends
and use the invite only addon- which is a little time consuming to invite everyone one by one but that would prevent those who have not been invited to RSVP

sorry this is not what you wanted
