Ashan bug when adding

to the shortcode- the event types don’t display at all

confirmed- add the shortcode to this page and the filters vanish

Unfortunately, I think what I need to do is impossible with your plugin !

I’ll try to explain again…

1/ My venue capacity is 180 seats.

2/ I have a price variation depending on your age.
If it’s an adult the price is 20€, if it’s a kid it’s 15€.

I can sell 180 seats with a single price. The manage stock works perfectly.

But if I want to use variations price with your plugin, I need to set a capacity for Variation Adult, and set an other capacity for Variation Kid. Again, I cannot come everyday on the website to change the capacity depending on what I sold yesterday (more kids or more adults), I need to set a capacity of the venue and then if I sell 2 adults and 1 kid it’s just taking 3 seats from the general management stock…

Hope I’m clearer this time ! We’re expecting to launch the website Monday, and I don’t know if I’ll be able to sell tickets and it will be a disaster for my client !

Thanks for that. Working now

well I didnt NOT create any pages after install.  I wanted the categories done first so I tackled that.  If you go to my page you will see 2 event pages that are there.  Both taken over by eventon.  I sat on things until I heard from you on the categories.  So I have no idea how they were made.  I even tried restoring to a previous version and that failed because eventon is in control of it.  you have admin access in the previous ticket you just answered for me on the creating additional categories.  I’m trying to scramble and upload the ICS file and get something live until we can fix it.  Thanks so much

As I said, the next time I import events, I will supply the evidence.

I appreciate I keep harking back to the same topic however to use non-standard design is to face non-standard errors. The universal standards exist for a very good reason and swimming against the tide is only ever going to end one way.

eventon doesn’t create pages automatically

the default slug is events – being a calendar that makes sense but you can change it which will bring back your events page
