Can we access https://kiddingaroundgreenville.com/wp-admin/plugins.php? I would like to disable Broadcast for a test, if possible.

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Also try updating to 4.3.2.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

How do I remove the pictured date “february 16, 2023?”

Is there any anticipated detrimental effects with SEO to remove this?

Ah, now I see: The live site (on the normal HTTPS port 443) still has the earlier version (auto-update had not kicked in so far, I just manually updated the plugin).

Please, use our test site on port 8443 to have a look at the problem. It is a fairly recent snapshot of the live site featuring the same problem with unescaped double-quotes.

Sure, but why are you writing me this?

I had updated several plugins – including EventON – before contacting you this morning. I checked, again, and it is still the latest version (4.3.2).

Hi. About Event Location, it seems the problem was generated by hyphen in Name field. Apparently it’s resolved.

About the plugin update, congratulations. This time it’s very fast.

I tried what you said but I am still getting errors. I updated to the latest RSS plugin, should this fix it? There seems to be a massive delay when making edits to the RSS feed. It can take several hours for changes to go through. I also tried manually updating the EventOn plugin to the latest version and it breaks my website. I needed to revert back to an older version. How do I download version 4.2 only? I need this RSS feed to work and it says it won’t work with EventOn versions older than 4.2. But the new version is breaking my site. How do I download older versions? Thanks -FB
