Yes, the theme is ours, builded with Astra and Beaver Builder. We switched the theme and the the problem persists.

As for images. Do you mean when you add images like this?

EventON doesn’t delete events just like that. Even if you enabled EventON > Auto move events to trash when the event date is past, it removes all past event, not just certain ones.

Please try restoring the backup, then wait and see if it’ll happen again.

As for your other request. Unfortunately, we unable to provide any kind of customizations, since it’s against CodeCanyons’ Support Policy. It seems that the only solution is to downgrade to the previous version of the plugin or modify the updated version of the template the same way as your previous version.

We can give you EventON 4.2.2, if necessary.
