Please send us wp-admin access to your site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.
In the same box put your FTP access. If you don’t know where to get it, please send us a link to your hosting provider, so we can send you the guide.

Ashan,
None of their tickets with issues are currently live. We fixed all of them, most of which were fixed by either using the default theme or just checking the website with the cleared cache.
I tried to get more specific info on the issues, but no answer, unfortunately.
