we want to pass the title of the event and the date of the event into a contact form. The question is, is this feasible?

Attaching an image of the layout that I would like to implement.

When I add the below shortcode,

It shows me a different layout.

Kindly let me know how to proceed.

that is also difficult because when its the 20th of february to give an example then the first of february are still on the first spot.
