It works but …

1. The list is ignoring that the event is set to open as a slide down – it always open as a pop-up

->looks like the setting in the event is always overwritten …

2. Fonts are somehow ignored – looks like a default font is displayed

-> it looks different when displaying as a list
https://sam-dogs.ch/sam-dogs-mantrailing-schweiz/veranstaltungen/

-> or if each event is embeded by itself
https://sam-dogs.ch/hundeschule-graubuenden/rund-um-den-hund/

3. It looks like that after the error appears once I can not test with this window anymore (just reload) but have to open a new window (Ctrl N) and there I see the changes

Is there any way to be able to find out what causes the behaviour ?
-> might be stylesheet from theme, but I think the issue came up after EventOn was updated – no changes to the theme …

This was disabled

I enabled and disabled it

Hello,

Please update to EventON 4.3.1. It fixes the issue.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

If it still doesn’t work try applying this patch:

Please go to EventON > RSVP > enable Pre-fill fields if user is already logged-in (eg. first name, last name, email).

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

#evorsvp_form .form_row input.name[name=last_name] { display: none !important; } #evorsvp_form .form_row.email { display: none !important; } #evorsvp_form .form_row input.name { width: 100%; }

Hi, thanks.

Can you please explain to me what I need to change. My code is already looking like the one in the patch.

Thanks again!
