I rolled back to a previous version of eventON (v 4.0.6) and now it works. Seems like the new version of the main plugin has still many issues and compatibility problems.

Consider that if these changes appear in my DEV version of our site, there I am doing the tests with PHP 8.2 and as soon as I manage to solve these bumps I will pass it to production, but I thank you in advance for all your guidance.

The best solution is to cancel the order and then repurchase a new ticket with customer’s data. Or let them make the purchase.

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

The best solution is to cancel the wrong order and either let customers to repurchase or purchase yourself a new ticket with their own data.

As a temporary solution, please try disabling Classic Editor plugin.
