We did have errors on the most recent version 4.3 and the update 4.3.1 should resolve those issues.
I think since I have refunded you the best option would be re-purchase what you need. Because once refunded the access to download are removed.
Please update EventON to 4.3.1. It will solve the crash issue.
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.
