After update 4.3.1 my site doesn’t work. The same issue like above. The redownloading and istalling dosn’t work. What can I do?

Im not sure how that is helpful.  Im not sure how this can resolve my design problem.  And suspect its preventing this powerful feature from being used by most of your customers.

The lightbox being opened from eventtop is forcing redesign of lightboxes.  Why??

When you could instead link the eventop “organizer” links to the eventcard, which removes major design problems for ..

You can see the attached image. Where Im going to have to go back and replace all my images to make the lightbox work.  And I still lose out on the SEO benefit of the CLick through when using the lightbox

Hi,

I’ve updated RSVP add-on and the issue persists. Some new issues came up in the mean time. After the first recent plugin update some events dissapeard from calendars. After second update site crashed… so I installed the previous one. Weekly view still not working.

You can downgrade it to 4.2.2 by using this link:

https://helpdeskx.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/20051245/eventON-36.zip

Please note that the error message points to /plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper. There is nothing we can do from our side. It seems that TD Composer also adds it’s functionality on EventON’s pages where it’s not 100% compatible.

Did you include some kind of customization code similar to

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/customize-eventtop-date-format/

Please send us FTP access to your site as a private message, so we can perform several tests from our end and resolve your issue fast!
