Thanks for your reply ~
It seems. that the ‘ask a question before you buy’ functionality it meant to be addressed to the provider of a platform (that uses the action user plugin) instead of being received by the event organizer (?).
Otherwise he would have a chance to leave his email address on the event creation form to be contacted by potential attendees.
Is it really meant to be like this?
And if yes, how could we offer potential costumers a way to contact a) the EVENT HOST directly via the button below tickets option… and b) the PLATFORM SUPPORT TEAM in any other case?
As a temporary solution, please go to https://www.latlong.net/convert-address-to-lat-long.html and generate lat/long values manually.
Ashan,
Created a new one with added “, Italy”, but still the same:

When you press Generate:
No issues on dev2 though.
Hello,
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.
Hello,
Since you purchased a new license of Event Tickets, you can just go to your website and activate it there with the license code your received after the purchase.
I was told that the licences would run out on the 13th January,
After the January 13th, you’ll still have renew the license, but since you don’t have any details regarding the original license, the only way of solving this is to purchase a new license just like you’ve already did. So just go to your website > EventON > Licenses > Deactivate > now activate it with your code.
The other issue is the main plugin. We don’t have any access to licenses, accounts, orders or anything like that, so you need to contact CodeCanyon about any issues regarding licensing of EventON purchased on CodeCanyon.
but the strange thing is on the first on the images shows like a 3:2 images size, on the other one the image is just 20-30px high.
It seems that images are same now. Please take a look and confirm.
more like clickable items next to each other.
Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer, it works perfectly.
I have another problem, the translation of the “day” field is not translated in the RSS feed (it is still in English).
Feed tags: <lastBuildDate> and <pubDate>

We now have 2 filter options, this is going to be bring back to 1, but that 1 filter option we dont want to have this as a drop down menu on desktop pages. more like clickable items next to each other.
Hi,
I believe that me purchasing an addon and emailing the helpdesk i had followed this tutorial up to a point?
not that helpful after that? Unfortunately, the third party details are no longer available. So the instructions for this only work if I was the original purchaser.
I believe I had done this to a degree? sending me the same steps to follow again didnt really answer my questions.
On the Website I have EventOn and EventOn tickets, these were brought by a third party and now i am taking over the admin of the website, I was told that the licences would run out on the 13th January, I purchased what I think is the correct licence as I was told it was $110. Event tickets is purchased, now in order to keep this running smoothly on the website I will need to transfer the licence I have purchased into the one that has expired. If I have purchased the wrong Addon then I would like to swap it to the correct one?
more guidance and help required, rather than a catch all step by step guide that is not helpful to me.
Many thanks
Andy.
