there seems to be a conflict with the pop up anything plugin overiding settings css within the eventon pop up

if you add the form to the page: like here https://denvermop.org/eventon-testing/

on firefox for me the date pickers appear could you test if it appear for you

(I work weekends but I jump on here before work starts- I’ll be leaving in about 30 minutes but will be back tonight my time (sydney Australia) 

we would need to check the theme as well to switch themes to pin point whats causing things to happen

going one step further you could remove the name and email address from the form (after you do the above step)

by adding

.form_row.name.req {

    display: none !important;

}

.form_row.email.req {

    display: none !important;

}

to appearance>>>>customize>>>>additionl css
from wordpress dashboard (that might be different on your website depending on language)

Yes, I did disable all of the plugins on the Watertown site except for the theme plugins (Avada Builder, Avada Core) which are required by the theme to run and the page still got a critical error.

Feel free to turn them on/off as needed (including the maintenance plugin).  The site doesn’t get a ton of traffic so it’s not that big of a deal.  Just make sure the maintenance plugin is back on when you’re done.  🙂

Theres a few things going on here but first off

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

alternatively we can do it for you- we would also like to turn off the maintenenace mode as this can sometimes impact things as well
