Sorry, Just to confirm, The admin DOES get an email when someone joins the waitlist but the person who signs up does not. I have now tested again and discovered that the person who signed up is not getting the “added to attendee list/RSVP email either. So admins getting emails, attendees are not.

This is so strange because this was working. The is a button saying “Receive Email Updates” and it’s not selected but I don’t know how to change this globally.

No emails are being sent except for when I go into the RSVP event and select “Add to Event attendee list” and then the person who signed up gets the RSVP email. No admin emails are coming through and no waitlist email. I am using Version 1.0.1 which is the latest version of the plugin.

also – when I don’t have any categories selected, only the one that hasn’t been marked ‘excluded from calendar’ shows up.  You can also see that the image/time is misaligned…. see screenshot.

Thank you for this feedback – I have done all those things.

The learn more button text has changed now – thanks!

The API events script is still not pulling in the category id 747.  The event in this category is set to ‘exclude from calendar’ since we don’t want it to show on the wordpress site, but we do want it to display on the external site.  Is this actually possible to do?

Dan would you mind updating which version of waitlist you are running? In the latest version when a guest is offered a spot attendee and the admin should get emails. Are you getting the admin emails saying it was sent?

Hi there I was able to figure out the issue and get this resolved. We have couple more things to tie and then will release eventON 4.3 which will resolve this issue 🙂

You are welcome Dan, just wanted to  update I was able to make pretty good progress on this. Yes so you just need waitlist and RSVP and you will be able to do add to waitlist and remove with the update I am working on and also adding the ability to email the waitlist guests only as well.
