what I mean instead of that line just use

$excerpt = $EVENT->content;

Hi there, 

this is the part of the code that output the event excerpt for the RSS event details. Perhaps you can remove the eventon_get_normal_excerpt() function and see if you pass the entire event details instead of the excerpt if that would help? 

Adding “<?php evo_get_template_part(‘content’, ‘single-event’); ?>” just leaves me with a blank white page.

Honestly this is ridiculous how long it is taking to get our website back up to what it was. We had a simple single event page set up for months and suddenly it is not working when we have made ZERO CHANGES.  You say that we “need to update the code according to the new version” but you don’t give us code that works? And following the documentation that is currently available is outdated and doesn’t work at all. https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/customize-single-events-page/

I need a solution right now. Like I said, the header is loading FINE with the title of the event and everything. Now I just need to render the event details, pretty SIMPLE TASK. Yet you guys make it nearly impossible. Seriously this sucks.

Hey, that’s great. Can you tell me when this will happen? one day, two days?  I need to tell my client as they have been asking me when the issue is fixed.

Ok, so it is working now. Maybe it needed some time to clear the cache. Thank you! I will let you know if I continue to have any issues in the future.
