Please take a look at Fixed Month/Year:

However, not possible to set Day.

You need to update EventON and Tickets add-on, so it will stop showing slash after D.

On our test site, no issues with the translation:

You can also completely hide the text, with this CSS code:

.evovo_price_options .evo_h4 {display:none !important}

Could you find the order that was supposed to lower the number of tickets:

If you go to this event, each repeat has different number of tickets, so EventON does change the capacity:
