Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have updated the Tickets Add-on to 2.5.9, purchased a ticket for the test event, marked the order as completed in WooCommerce, but the problem is still present, i.e. the booking link in the confirmation email still takes me to the first instance of the repeating test event on our website. Also, the ’Join the Event Now’ link on the event page simply opens a new tab with the same page displayed in it.

Hello,

Tickets add-on 2.5.9 is available. Could you update?

Please also make sure that the order associated with the virtual event is Completed.

Do you have the same issue with this test event after you completed your order:

I have exactly the same issue on thelanguagehub.co.uk and I have updated eventOn to 5.0.13 which has not resolved the problem.

Well, everything worked fine for the past two years, and all users had the correct permissions.

I have checked the user group and confirmed that it has the same permissions as before, so I cannot identify any issue on our side.

Could you please advise how we can debug this further and identify what is causing the problem?

We have been paying for maintenance for several years and, unfortunately, we have repeatedly experienced issues after updates, with something else breaking each time. While we accept that updates can occasionally cause problems, we would really appreciate more in-depth support when an issue occurs on our side.

Suggestions such as resetting all plugins and themes or copying the entire site are rather basic troubleshooting steps and, in our view, do not reflect the level of support we would expect given the annual maintenance fee we have been paying for years.

We would therefore appreciate your help in identifying the actual cause of this issue and providing more specific guidance on how to troubleshoot it.

This is the way to configure the user event submissions so they will show in the Front end event manager.

Have you made sure these steps were followed?

Hello Nuno, these errors in the structured data is coming from the the content you are entering inside the event details.

It seeems you are using some kind of a block content plugin to do the content, I would suggest you to reach out to the develpers of that plugin and see if they can assist with the content issues on google structured data.
