theres a few options
you could simply create a page that only shows June 2023 events and then link to that page
the shortcode on that page june page would look something like this
[add_eventon_list number_of_months=”1″ fixed_month=”06″ fixed_year=”2023″]
of course you would add featured image/tile etc to give it the look you wish
alternatively this one gets a little confusing so see video below and before you watch it is more of a brainstorm more than a solution…….
(and the last part when I go into the tiles is probably not worth watching but it takes too long to edit that out of the video)

according to the shortcode used it is restricted to 6 events

the checkout process is done by woocomerce and not eventon so you would need a 3rd party plugin to send an email out
I use https://calendarscripts.info/bft-pro/ and this allows you to create a subscriber list and automated emails and when they buy a product they get added to a list- which then would send them the email you set up (that sends the pdf) automatically. altho there are other email systems
alternatively you could simply edit the email footer and add a download link int the email footer.

again thats a woocomerce thing- there are plenty of free check out editors where you can add or remove additionl fields look over the repository

And, if you can help me make the calendar nicer (like the one in your demo). The red buttons are awful on her month-to-month calendar feature. Can you help?
I also forgot to ask you if there is a space to add “Where did you hear about us?’ in the checkout area?
Also, can you help me make her event on the calendar look better? It looks really awful. Like the buttons to go to next month. The calendar looks nothing like your beautiful demo calendar. We only want blue, gray, green, or similar. The site uses no red.
