At the moment you would have to go into each RSVP page and then move to attendee list. I will make it so you can do this from View attendees list on event edit page.

This is a vary interesting proposition you are making Dan 🙂 I like the idea of being able to move guests from waitlist to attendance list at your discretion. At the moment it is not possible. With waitlist addon you can see the waitlist guests. I actually like this so much I wanna add this feature right now to waitlist. We just recently released an update to rsvp and waitlist addon.
You nee this for march correct? Give me till end of January and will get this implemented in RSVP waitlist addon.
And BTW with RSVP addon, the events are free, RSVP does not have payment support. You would need the tickets addon to charge for events. But the tickets addon does not support waitlist at the moment.

Ok found the issue. As artem has pointed out the cronjob was marking the events completed as soon as the start time is past. So I made some changes to the code to check if the event is current before it is deleted. If the event is current it will skip the loop. Please apply this patch fix.
the section marked with X — remove that code and add the line with +

I am waiting on my supervisor to try to manually install the plugin. I’m not authorized to provide outside access to the site, so hopefully this will work. I will let you know. thanks!

I am not really sure if we can do anything else from the website end, I mean all the needed information is presented correctly as far as I can see.
