That was from trying to update via the dashboard…. when I try to login to my account to download the latest version to do it manually, I’m not able to login. The site isn’t recognizing my username and doesn’t recognize my password, and when I try to reset it doesn’t recognize my username at all. Please help!! I do have an account!!

Ok thanks! I tried that way this morning but don’t know why didn’t work… that’s why I opened the ticket thinking could be something with IP or a cookie..
