Ideally as you have so many pages of conditions it might be worth it to look at a way to have those conditions signed before they can even view the events

thats alot of conditions tbh

the built in terms and conditions is simply a link to the conditions but theres no chackbox- so by doing what I did in the video above thats a way to rpovide the checkbox option
another opton using the RSVP addon

but looking over your website you are selling tickets (I assume with the tickets addon- so perhaps you want to add that waiver to the checkout page in woocomerce (and not need RSVP at all)
