I check this for NFR and I see that this feature is claimed since longtime by users.

I don’t understand why this feature is not yet implemented.

It’s a basic feature for any calendar to do sync automatically and not by hand.

Go to EventON > Action User > Form Settings > enable Allow creating new:

Now if users can access Action User Submission Form, they can add a new location or organizer with a new event.

The same with Event host.

How could we level up user experience on looong lists (like cities, event locations, hosts etc)?

Please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
