Could you go to EventON > Time Settings > enable Use UTC offset time globally on calendars? Also go to wp-admin > Settings > General > make sure that server’s timezone is correct.

Only Event Type allows you to select a color. Event Type 2, 3,… and so on don’t have such option.
However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
