Server’s time is 7:24, event’s end time is 7:15, still visible.

Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.

I updated through WordPress. Like you normally would update a plugin. Strange thing is that f.e. locations and organizers are still present. Only the events themselves are gone, except three of them.

Hello,

Login info from this message Reply to: 295233 doesn’t allow us to check wp-admin (Events, EventON Settings). Could you check?

We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.

I think that when the main event is featured every repeat then will also be featured and occur in the list. But I will make a quick check …
Yes, unfortunately it is like that … Every repeated event, although not featured in the repetition, is then visible under the only featured events short code …

Hello,

I tried this and when the end time pasted on an event today, it remained on the calendar after the end time.

It even shows a count-down timer, which is a great feature, and I watched it count down to zero, and it remained even after I refreshed the page, and I even looked at it in another browser that I have not viewed this website in before and it shows the past event as well.

The shortcode is currently:
[add_eventon_list number_of_months=”3″  show_year=”yes” hide_end_time=”yes” show_repeats=”yes” event_past_future=”future” hide_past_by=”ee”]

Any other ideas?

Thank You!

Perfect!! Many thanks.
