I also wonder since you are using the classic editor for the event post save. if you could try this plugin
https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/
and see if you are seeing huge amounts of queries passed from eventON when saving the post and memory consumption.
Hello there,
please send us this information.
Transfer EventON addon licenses to your client’s account so they can keep an active copy of the licenses and have subscription renewal payments be charged to your client’s account. Below are the steps to initiate license transfer process
Step 1: Have your client purchase any of our addons. This will save your client’s payment methods into eventon system for continuing subscription in the future.
Step 2: Reply with below information.
1. client’s account email address (the email address used to purchase addons)
2. Order ID(s) and name(s) of EventON Addons under your account that you would like to transfer. IMPORTANT: these licenses must be active and NOT cancelled.
3. Your email address associated with myeventon.com account where addons were purchased from.
4. Order ID(s) of the addons client purchased (to support license transfer) that need refunded from us.
Step 3: We will verify the information and transfer requested addons to your client’s account and will REFUND your client of the addon they purchased to save his payment method.
Hello Chris,
this is very interesting. I am always very interested in improving our ticket platform. Can I ask you, so these questions answered before adding to cart, are they get transferred to cart checkout page as well or would they have to refill at checkout (on similar questions like name)
Ok refunded 🙂
BTW I did manage to reply to your email hurray 🙂
Thank you very much for sending a detailed video of this!! Its very interesting the amount of data saved in event save is a lot with tickets enabled as well. So we are working on a new solution which would have ticket editor which would load and save just the ticket data. and similarly for extended event general data. We are doing this as a way to majorly cut down on event post save data load. — similarly to how virtual event data is loaded and saved via lightbox in ajax.
But the problem is this solution is not quite ready at the moment. I can see the issue on your site, other than what I mentioned, I do not have any other solutions immediate I am affraid.
I can tell you eventON does not mess with htaccess and it uses default save_posts function from wordpress to save event data on event post.
We will do our best to get this new solution out soon!!
bingo, all fixed, thanks
What’s your version of PHP?
Replace Divi’s shortcodes with [woocommerce_checkout].
1: The shortcode that only shows featured events wont show an individual repeat that is featured unless the entire event is featured – however I’ll alert Ashan the creator to this issue
2: see video below
