Yes the problem occurs on mobile after you have entered your credit card details and you press ‘confirm’. It is not every time that the purchase is cancelled, but maybe 1/3 times when trying to make a purchase.

I disable Avada Builder and install Classic editor, and i have the same bug.
I think it come from WordPress at the end.
I will reinstall it

We only provide compatibility with WooCommerce, since Tickets add-on bases it’s functionality on it. We do check and fix issues with Elementor when needed.

And Essential Addons for Elementor is basically a third-party plugin for a third-party plugin (Elementor), so we unable to provide any fixes from our side.
