I just received the confirmation email that “Nellie” was offered space to this already-full event. So, I’m guessing you can see the issue now!

Hello,

Could you update EventON to 4.1.3?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

The latest version should fix all issues.

Hi Martins,

It seems that another plugin, spell woocommerce is throwing some warnings. Have you tried deactivating that plugin and then checking if the issue occurs then?

I’ve primed this so hopefully you can see exactly what’s happening.

https://defiancelibrary.org/test-event

This event has 6 spots. I registered ‘Taryn Lawson” and took all 6. Then I registered Nellie Gary for 1 space, and she was added to the wait list. All good so far.

Now, go in and register for a space. It will put you on the waitlist. Still good. Now CANCEL that waitlist registration; change it to ‘no.’ The calendar is offering that space to Nellie, the next waitlist participant, even though me/Taryn already has all 6 spaces filled. If you view all RSVPs or download a CSV file of the attendees after canceling your waitlist registration, you’ll see Nellie has been marked “yes” and offered space. The event capacity then increases to 7, despite being set to 6.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need anything else, and I appreciate your assistance!
