After generating the shortcode, you will need to insert it in the page where you want the slider to appear.

I have also detected that seats disappear when duplicating an event. The image stays, but not the seats…

Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
