You can export events from “EventON > Download all eventON events.” and then import the .csv file with CSV Import add-on:

Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Can TheEvents Calendar export events in the CSV format?

EventON can import events as CSV and ICS formats, but the file format should be specific to EventON, otherwise there is no way of moving events from your calendar plugin to ours.

Could you also send us Order ID of the purchase and associated email?

Hi Ashan,

it’s been a few more days now, and unfortunately we still haven’t received access to the promised version 1.3 of the seating plan plugin. As you mentioned, it was supposed to be released on September 3 or 4 — we’re now several days past that, and the delay is becoming a serious issue for us.

Our ticket presale is about to begin, and without the ability to duplicate events while keeping the correct seat plan intact, we are stuck. This functionality is essential for us to move forward with EventON at all.

We urgently need a fix or at least access to the working version 1.3. Could you please let us know the current status — and if there’s any way we can help speed things up?

Alternatively, we would like to ask if it is possible to integrate or use the following seating plugin as a fallback with EventON:

Using the “Event Image” option
