No updates, I am afraid.

Could you try downgrading EventON to 3.1.7?

Seems to be working correctly in Apple Calendar as well:

Could you make sure that calendar’s timezone is correct?

I am not sure why events look so different from the default view:

Did you make some adjustments to the Single Event Page template?

Reply to: tickets(287556)

Hello,

When the event was added to Facebook, does it look the same? The way Facebook scans events it’s hard to change this.

Reply to: tickets(287555)

Also, why is this happening now? https://jmp.sh/rvNUJW8

Please go to EventON > RSVP > enable Disable creating new account for new RSVP user.

How can we make it a bigger deal that they are in because someone else dropped out?

Please allow us time to look more into the this. We are going to make some tests on our dev site. Get back to you ASAP. Thank you!

Hello,

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header):

.ajde_evcal_calendar.color .evcal_desc .evcal_desc3 em i { color: white !important; }

I see you have som epurchases of tickets as a single and then also the 25 sites

could you try (if you have not already) using

EVOTXcd16f923-34b0-4f4c-91bd-f1d34666337f

as the license key and I shall contact Ashan to see if this is an issue on his site

Reply to: tickets(287395)

slight issue with the shortcode- all sorted

see video below of what to watch out for in the future

We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.

If you have a moment, we would greatly appreciate if you could kindly leave us a review at codecanyon! from your account > downloads. Cheers!
