Ok found the issue and it is resolved with a new update to countdown addon please update to the latest version 1.2.1 Changelog: 

Changelog Countdown

This should resolve the incorrect countdown time.

Checking into this issue now Sam! Please allow us sometime to get to the bottom of this and get you a solution!

I have received no response! Please escalate this ticket and let me know what the status is ASAP.

Could you update EventON as well as add-ons?

To update eventon to latest version: (If auto update works, please try that from with your website plugins page)

1. If you purchased eventON from codecanyon > Go to EventON Full page and verify your purchase to get a free copy of eventON latest version and move your purchase over to myeventon.com.
2. If you already purchased eventON from myeventon.com go to My Account > Downloads and get the latest version copy.

Once you have the latest version zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure ”Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is De-slected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Follow us on X to get real-time announcements on updates!

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Okay, thank you! I tried again and the form loaded this time, it might have been cached on my end!

However, after entering my details it shows it has already been registered (see screenshot). I didn’t get to complete the checkout process last time but I did click on the form previously so maybe I entered the wrong email address or something is caught in processing it. Let me know if you need anything from me. Thanks!

In our system we don’t have any data (no EventON or add-on purchases) related to your current email that you used to login to the helpdesk.

A quick inspection of the updated version suggests the problem is still present: includes/class-frontend.php, evo_yv_script is still registered with only array(’jquery’) in the 0.17 archive content. It does not declare evo_moment or evo_moment_tz.

In the zip’s assets/yv_script.js, it still does: var M = moment.unix( parseInt( SC.focus_start_date_range) ).tz( cal_tz );

So it still assumes moment and moment-timezone are already loaded.

evo_organizer_more_trig can not be translated (Organizer-Info Read more button in event card).

And why are we having both, a ”Read more” trigger button AND a ”Learn More” lightbox?

This is double, therefor I set the ”Read more” trigger button to display:none;

Could you also check this question and reply to the customer?
