dear eventon team

thank you this worked. might be something to fix in 4.1.2 as this not a warning error, it causes a fatal error.

thx

Ok.  So this ticket was supposed to have been addressed by  “Ashan” about the  duplication of my events.

I have schema showing duplicates, on all my events.  And its even showing up in the search engines this way, on some, but ot all events.

Ive been inquiring on this thread singe July 20th.  Can someone please address this, and help me fix this?

Hi Jessie,

As a temporary solution I went to to EventON > EventTop > EventTop Main Day block fields > enabled Event Day Name.

We are working on fixing this.

Yes – it is working as it should be, the repeat instance links are going to the correct recurrence date, but there is a redirect happening each time.

The issue is in the formatting – my site-wide permalink structure has a trailing slash (/) at the end of every page.

So the plugin is generating this link in the recurring event top header – https://lakelandmom.com/event/free-summer-kids-movies-at-premiere-cinemas-in-plant-city/var/ri-14.l-L1 (no trailing slash)

But is then redirecting to this link which is identical except with the trailing slash added at the end –  https://lakelandmom.com/event/free-summer-kids-movies-at-premiere-cinemas-in-plant-city/var/ri-14.l-L1/ (trailing slash)

I’m sorry if my original post wasn’t clear! As I mentioned, it isn’t a huge deal, just trying to work through a site audit and fix what I can.
