Tudor thank you very much for sharing your feelings about the dreadful loading process of eventON! We needed to hear this from the customer side!

So from the beginning of time eventON has been using wp_query to load all events and we added the query only last month etc. methods to speed up to query only the events created in the last month. I hear you dont have the use for this but the other method of querying all the event posts to find whats within the given date range will certainly use lot of memory processing.

You can also try these methods. https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/why-my-site-and-eventon-page-loading-slow/ to improve the speed.

Even though we have added visible features over the past updates we have also done several major code updates to improve speed and it has and will always be our underlying focus, you just only see the visible gems on the new update not the hidden improvements 🙂

Anyways we are constantly working on figuring better methods to grab events from database and use less queries to database as possible ALL the time to improve speed while still having to make sure people using legacy methods are not going to lose all the data after an update…

Hello Ryan. I’ve taken a look at your google schema data everything look good for the events that appear here https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result/r%2Fevents?id=2FnNW9MyltabN_8m-89QTw — just missing OPTIONAL offers and organizer url data.

I am not sure if there is more we can do about this, because eventON is presenting all the needed schema data for the events for google to index them.

I am no means an expert in SEO perhaps you may recruit a SEO expert to see if there are other things you can do to resolve the issues that appeare from google side? I am terribly sorry, I wish I could give you a better answer…
