We are sorry for the delay, The issue is fixed on our test server with EventON 4.1.1. Please update EventON to fix it on your website as well.

Unfortunately, no updates. Since this is a third-party issue, it may take some time to fix this, I am afraid.

Not completely incompatible, but it seems there is something wrong. Can you remove Parent order from Related orders somehow for a test?

Could you also tell us your mobile, OS and screen resolution?

i cannot get 150x, but since the add-on loads a certain image size, it seems that on their mobile it loads a very small one:

With EventON 4.1+ you need to go to https://www.downcathedral.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=eventon#evcal_004aa and add it, since there is a new Event Top Designer feature.

Please check now and let us know.
