Hi Aaron,

Before any major plugin update, always ensure that you backup your site before. Are you able to get a backup from your hosting provider of a time before you updated Eventon?

Hello,

Would you mind following Dave’s tutorial above and check if the reminders are sent then? Also, ensure that the custom SMTP server you have specified on your SMTP plugin settings is working correctly.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Anders,

The way to get the old setup is to downgrade the plugin to the previous version. Please try the solution that Artem offered and let us know if that works for you.

Hi Gerald,

The credentials you have provided do not seem to work for me. Please check if they are working on your end.

Hi Rachael,

Please try this shortcode:

[add_eventon_list number_of_months=”12″ hide_empty_months=”yes” tiles=”yes” tile_bg=”1″ tile_count=”4″ ]

You can also check Event Lists: Ext add-on https://www.myeventon.com/addons/event-lists-extended/. Try on dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/

Hello,

All our addons have always had a yearly subscription. Please let us know if you need any help setting up the addon.

I was actually going to buy about 3 addons actually but no way I’m going to pay for them every year. This makes EVENTON the most expensive Events plugin on the market. And your maps don’t even work!

I just got the addon.

But ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION??? WOW! When did you start doing this?

I was going to get Action User as well but no way now. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.

You need to rethink this – seriously!
