I’ve just had to spend 3 hours on behalf of my client individually checking all 222 tickets sold in the week or so after our July 1st release date. Of those 222 tickets, 138 have been issued with incorrect dates. Also, because some tickets were issued with the correct dates, it’s messed up how many tickets have been sold for each date. We should have only 25 per event, now we have 1 date with zero tickets allocated, and other events with up to 38 attendees.

As you can image, this is such a mess and is going to take quite some time to reorganise all the events, contacting customers to try to shift people around as well as reissuing  corrected tickets with an apology.

Is there some help I can receive in the best way of adjusting the actual dates displayed on the tickets to help fix this, and some way I can send these out along with an apology to the customer? It’s quite disappointing to be just told to update and see if the issue is fixed next time. I can’t risk having another issue like this happen again. It seems to be mainly the day 1 sales that have been messed up when there is a huge influx of orders, a few on day 2 and then back to normal from there.

The event affected is:
Charcoal Fundamentals September 2022
ID: 28493

Quick update: I have deactivated the plugins on my local environment and it’s a huge difference in speed. So it’s definitely a severe performance issue with the EventOn plugin(s).
It’s not the first time this happens, this is an old problem with the EventOn plugins unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be any desire to make them more performant 🙁

That doesn’t seem to work, I tried it and the date and year is still gray while the rest of the text is white.

I’d like to use a colored event top for single event pages, and a clean white event top for any lists of events. When I change the Default Calendar EventTop Style as you suggested it shows colored event top everywhere. Any other ideas?
