Future/Past events can be filtered with this setting:

Filtering by month/year is Jumper (but only for Main Calendar):

It’s just EventON has add-ons for each filtration type:

https://www.myeventon.com/addons/yearly-view/

So users can simply click on any date they want and see events for the date without using any filters.

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header). You can also add this code to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

Could you try going to EventON > EventCard > set a different Feature image display style > save > set the original one > save?
