Hello,
This error comes from another plugin and is not related to the seat import bug.
I’m getting a PHP warning from the eventon-seats plugin. Maybe this helps you with troubleshooting.
PHP Warning: Undefined array key “status” in /var/www/html/dienaturbuehne-shop/wp-content/plugins/eventon-seats/includes/class-event_seats.php on line 135
Hi, I have updated my website to PHP 8.3, and the EventOn plugin to 4.9.12. I now get a fatal error which causes the event cards not to be displayed.
The debug log shows this (See below) NB I have looked at the event on 2024/09/30 and cannot see anything wrong with it.
I spoke too soon, it works on my desktop and Safari on my iPhone but Chrome on my iPhone still has the issue, I’ve cleared the cache. Any other ideas?
Thanks, but I’ve put it in both places and the color doesn’t change, it’s still gray.

Hello,
Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported by EventON. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
Maybe you can try plugins similar to

Not sure if it’s possible to delete files by date range, I am afraid.
Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header). You can also add this code to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
.evost_seat_selection .evost_section .evost_row .seat.uav, .evost_seat_selection .evost_seat_legends span.uav b, .evost_seat_legends span.uav b { background-color: red; }
Could you elaborate more?
Do you mean that when a customer wants to open Slide Down events in a new tab (right click on an event > open in a new tab), since the link only points to #, it just opens the same page?
