Your fixed version is 0.16. Have you tried 0.17 version that is available?

Can we check wp-admin? Please send us wp-admin access to your site from ”Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.
Could you try disabling ”Disable Gutenberg” plugin and try adding custom repeats again? Also instead, please try using ”Classic Editor” plugin.
Another issue: Only Custom name for Event Type Category #1 is shown at event top. Other custom categories are ignored.

”Enable auto complete ticket orders” is disabled, but all orders are completed automatically:

Are you using some kind of custom code?
Could you try removing it and enable ”Enable auto complete ticket orders” instead?
I also tried this and even so it says ”no errors”, I still didn’t receive the email.
