Hi Ashan,

I’ve updated the plugin to version 2.2.3 and everything is now working correctly. Thank you for your interest in keeping EventOn the best calendar!

Hi,

I don’t remember placing the shortcode inside a <span> element — it might have been added automatically by the editor or during copy-paste.

Is it safe to just remove the <span> and leave the shortcode as is? Or is there a recommended way to fix this?

Also, could this be the reason for the issues I’m experiencing with the updated versions of the plugin?

Thanks again for your help!

Please send us wp-admin access to your staging site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.

i get the feeling that you are redirected to the login page because you need to be logged in to view your account hence the reason why https://olamimanhattan.org/my-account/view-order/105724/  if they are not logged in- they need to login

what happens if you purchase something while logged in- it works like it should?

also send us a link to a page with alot of the on scroll effects- so we can test with the plugin on and off for diagnosis purposes

Ashan- simple- the phone number doesn’t appear when you view attendees in the backend pop up- if admins require people to fill out a phone number they probably need that phone number to appear

actually try emailing the list to yourself- so in the edit event section- under tickets there is emailing- you email to yourself and no need to stuff around with csv’s you’ll have a list of the attendees in the email

it doesn’t send a file but an email with a list of attendees —with phone number

but i’ll also alert ashan as i think the phone should be in there pop up when viewing attendees

not with the one shortcode

but you could have 2 shortcodes on top of each other with each slider showing different event types

or the top one only showing featured events and the bottom one showing everything else

Ok thanks…

My 2 last question.

1. I added the event page and all ok. But how do I get a different look on that page then I have on the start page? Or must I have same style?

2. How do I get the “Month Meny” onto of the events so the visitor can with an easy click choose another month.?
