Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

PHP 8.3 should be fine. Our local development envir. for eventON is on 8.3.9 🙂

That is strange. I just loaded your website on fresh browser. Boom it works perfectly. No errors in the console. I am guessing the errors you are getting are from old cache version of the website. Any chance you can clear that on website, server and browser? and give it a go?

that page you linked has few errors on the page which I think breaks the page layout.
