Hi, in the previous image, the arrow "slipped" to the previous line. In any case, the patch was placed on the correct line (1868), and with or without the two slashes that appear in your image, it (the patch) breaks the site.

As a temporary solution, please try adding ux_val=”4″ to the shortcode. Or ux_val=”3″.

Please send us wp-admin access to your site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.
