When you get a chance to check this again, here are some points about what is going on. This is since a few days ago.
There are problems opening the page on these two following pages. The other pages or categories work normally.
https://thebeatbali.com/ Eventon – Slider
https://thebeatbali.com/bali-events/ Eventon slider and full cal
When Eventon plugins are active on these pages only the header shows. When not active the page opens very quickly showing the full page and the eventon code. It opens super fast, which is also something of interest and makes me think all the issues with slowness of this site are caught in those two plugins – something for future discussions.
When I first saw the problem I asked Linode CS if they could check and maybe find the problem. They sent this back.
I have taken the time to take a closer look into this Linode and based on the error messages provided resources online indicated this is likely due to low server memory. During the initial boot of your machine, a few of the logs were captured for our team’s review and there were a large number of OOM logs which backs my initial statement:
Out of memory: Kill process 5642 (php-fpm) score 123 or sacrifice child
[3950772.876531] Killed process 5642 (php-fpm) total-vm:1597752kB, anon-rss:982764kB, file-rss:0
You will want to review the processes running on the system and manage any that are using too many resources. Otherwise, it may be best to resize to a large instance that can handle the amount of work being handled. To get started with troubleshooting further review the following documentation below.
I read thru all that and came up with nothing.
Then over the next few days of me trying many things, including doubling the amount of memory, messing around with this and that, it is now in the condition you see today – not opening properly
Another interesting thing to note, too is this page
https://thebeatbali.com/guestlist-discounts/
works fine and connects to other venue pages that have an eventon plugin and everything works fine. No problem.
There are multiple error logs on the debug.log.
So, any help to get this working would be greatly appreciated. Any ideas? Thank you
