Perfect! You will be notified when a new version comes out.
Hello,
I just did tests on our site and after I manually set order’s status to Completed and waited for 2 minutes (as set in “Cart session timeout duration (time in minutes)”), seats are still unavailable.
Do you manually complete orders before the time runs out? Or could you go to EventON > Tickets > Checkout > Enable auto complete ticket orders > select all “Select relevent auto complete ticket order type”.
Please take a look at my reply in your other ticket.
Hello,
The previous ticket is still live and wasn’t closed. I am just not sure how can I test this. I tried switching the theme, but your built-in cache doesn’t take my changes into account.
I also did tests on our test site and no issues have appeared.
Unfortunately, at this stage I cannot escalate the issue to the developer as I need to re-create the issue on your website without the theme and only EventON + add-ons are enabled.
Could you let us know, how can we see Twenty Twenty Five theme enabled on your website?
Please go to wp-admin > Plugins > enable WooCommerce plugin.
The newest order by Ashley Tipton is a test order where she purchased R32 and R28 for Nov 20th, they were unavailable for 10 minutes and are available for purchase again.
Hi, I just wanted to follow up with this ticket. My client is becoming a bit annoyed by all the failed requests. On Saturday he received over 900 fails equaling 900 emails to his inbox. Here is screenshot link. My client is at the point that he did ask me to look for another system but told him I had faith in your plugin. Please let me know of any updates.
That’s great news! I hope it does. This has been archaic as heck, as you can imagine. This crash was not good for my business or that of my client. I am pretty sure that my client uses PayPal for her trainings and not Woo, but I get this message now when I activate the Calendar and Tickets Add-on. Please advise: Eventon Tickets needs WooCommerce plugin to function properly. Please install WooCommerce
As for the autoupdate, the next version should update automatically.
