Sam how did you edit the single event template? when I went here: https://hamiltoncivicmuseums.ca/wp-admin/post.php?post=14541&action=edit and tried to edit with Oxygen it does not load the page.

Hello, we also received a message from a client who attempted to make a non-ticket order purchase. However, he received a “Failed to generate tickets for your order. Please contact support.” message. This may be connected with an EventOn issue.

We are having the same issue with our events cards not opening. I tried adding ux_val=”3″ but that did not work

No worries….I’ll just wait it out. The cards are expanded so people can get all the event details for the time being, so at least there’s an in between until the issue is resolved full-stop.

Please update to EventON 5.0.1 and then make sure to apply this patch fix that will fix the event cards not opening issue. Remove the “return;” value in the code.
