Do you change the image by going to Edit Event or using Action User Event Manager?

But you can also go to EventON > Language > Months and Dates > replace Jan, Feb and so on with full length words. Then do the same with day names.

First of please try debugging for JS errors using:

If no issues appear, please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Hi,

I updated the plugin and noticed that on desktop the animation works perfectly. Thank you for your efforts and great support.

However, on mobile, the animation is not working. Only blank grey day boxes appear but no animation is displayed. You may kindly check that too.
