Hello,

If you go to https://www.myeventon.com/my-account/edit-address/billing/ you can edit the address and add VAT number under company name. And then apply it to all the active subscriptions and see if generating invoice make correctly with vat.

We are sorry for the delay. Please remove lightbox=”yes” from the shortcode for a temporary solution while we are working on the issue.

Hello,

Please send us wp-admin access to your site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.

Also follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

I believe that the best solution for performance and to make sure that everything will work the way you need is to create two pages: regular shortcode and FullCal.

FullCal add-on can be found here:

https://www.myeventon.com/addons/full-cal/

Then, instead of “Switch to month view“, replace it with a link to FullCal and “Click On card View Link” with Event Lists page:

You can also, if you use Page Builder, use Tabs element.

Please check and let me know.

Thanks infotainerdave! Also, to confirm, 4.9.10 is clear of the “Broken Access Control” vulnerability, correct?

That is the event with the issue. The issue is difficult to reproduce because it happens during the checkout process–that is, after credit card details have been entered and the purchase button is pressed.

This has been reported by several users and the reports are growing.

Thanks for looking into this. I went ahead and disabled the language option in the eventon settings and removed the “lang=” part from the shortcode.

The problem is that there are more than 3. And do you know why they are showing up ok in the builder? I suppose maybe the issue here is happening in the import(or different settings in origin site) but need to ensure it is not EventOn first due to that weird issue where it showed correctly in the builder.

HI, i’ve tried to implement the code below but i’m still far from my goal. For your reference, we’re trying to replicate the event listings like on this page, can you please help us building the shortcode to make it similar?
