Got it, so as long as I use a Guttenberg block the content should show up. Thanks for your help! I was trying to add Guttenberg shortcode in the themify bulder bit.

 I really need this working soon since I’ve got a deadline. Any idea when it’ll be done?

Hi, ok I reset the password for your user and updated the access info. I was unable to get any different result by following the docs.

There is an issue with the current image uploading functionality for non logged-in users. We are working on the issue and an update will be available ASAP.

Your event still uses the same shortcode that doesn’t work, while it should be using this Gutenberg element:

Could you try replacing it the same way I did in my other event?

Hello, thanks for looking into this. I tried the embed code for this event: https://t.somptingvillagemorris.org.uk/events/summer-solstice-2025/but it still won’t load the video. I also corrected the shortcode to single quotes. and checked the advances settings.
