Which ticket are you referring to, where you sent us the login info?

I enabled Troubleshooting Mode, but Network Activated plugins are still enabled.

Do you have multiple sites in your Network or can you disable “Network Enable”, so we can disable them to test this?

Yes, it’s a custom version, i understand but do you know where the icon is located in the plugin’s source files? Thank you in advance

Please note that, I believe, you are using custom version of EventON (+Tickets). Is that correct?

So any issues happening with your custom version cannot be solved because we don’t really know how your custom version works and was created.

How do you complete events?

For example, this event is completed:

But no issues in Related Events:

if you go into events>>>>event speakers- edit the speakers you want

you need to add that to the description of the speaker

anything you add to the desciption will appear under the name

problems to look at:
1 translation from the search bar
2 search bar not apearing for non logged in users
3 “change my RSVP” function error

your answers:
-“cant see a test page you created”
-“if using WPML you dont need to enable language corresponding event”, but in earlier tickets you told us to enable this when we asked you why the events and event cards and front end calendar was not translating with our WPML.
– the  reason that the “change my RSVP” button does not work is that i don´t know why the the RSVP is limited to one per email?
