I’ve managed to import your file on our test site without issues:
It takes quite some time to import the file on your website, so I think there is an issue with memory limit.
Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
Usually the memory limit issue can be fixed by following:

Ah just now seeing this. Sorry about resetting the pass my friend. You should be good to go now 🙂
We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.
If you have a moment, we would greatly appreciate if you could kindly leave us a review at EventON WordPress Page OR Codecanyon. Your review helps us a lot in continuing EventON improvements!
Ok great let me see if I can get you a fix today. If not will definitely get back to you next week 🙂
Ok I made several changes to the code to get the data size values.
So looks like your postmeta table is 1.86MB with 6381 entries. and 72% is event post meta entries.
Are you still experiencing memory outage?

Can I try disabling plugins and switch the theme myself for a test?
Hello,
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!
Hello,
I cannot access siteground because it requires a code. Could you send us a login info to wp-admin of the website?
Could you tell us more about your current issues? It seems that the text isn’t centered:

Right now with 62 events you have 4598 DB entries for post meta that is normal. We have 3577 for 40 events in our test site with all the addons running. But our _postmeta table is only 1.9 MB.
If your post meta table is over 400MB i think we need to see how big is the postmeta table size just for event post meta.

Hello Bodo, terribly sorry for not following up in here.
Ok in your website now you have way less events. I assume you deleted old ones? Do you still want the SQL Query to delete events?
