Hi Ashan, no problem.

I’ll work around everything for the time being. At this stage with the site being a v1.0 release for the client, we can get away with omitting some functionality and manually dealing with customised events.

I’d appreciate it if you could give me a heads up when you have a better idea of an ETA so that I can manage expectations 🙂

Your efforts are appreciated.

Kind regards,
Glenn

Yes, that’s right. An up-to-date sidemap is always provided. Every new calendar entry is also added to the Google index.

Hello JJ, just wanted to update you we have been testing the new updates we made for tickets. And all our tests work great with express checkout. Sorry for the delay we may be able to wrap things and get a new update next week.

I think what you could do is when customizing a repeat, remove other fields like subtitle, title.

I will see if I can add the capability to click one button and remove all the event data from repeat. 🙂

As for ETA on filters working with custom term data. I may need some more time. It is a bit more involved because we are doing term filters when quering events, and we have to figure out how to pass custom values for the query level .

I see what you mean.

The way it is set up is, if you customize anything in the repeat event. All the other event values are also saved just as it is. And then if you edit the main event, the new values are not reflected, because it is pulling the customized values for every thing that is saved.

The latest woocommerce update make everything very slow because it takes a huge amount of memory. I think that considerably slow things down, and that was too much for your server.

Is there anything else you need me to fix?

So right now you are running on old versions of all eventON software. QR codes are working, QR Checkins are working. But I am not sure with future wordpress updates if things will break or not.

Hello Raquel I am so sorry we have not being able to get this sorted out still. Ok I am looking into this now and I am able to log into FTP.

Issue is this. QR code old version has issues, and it need the new version for it to work. But when we update QR code to new version, it need new Tickets, Woocommerce and EventON, ==> that slow everything down.

Let me see if I can get your old QR code working again.
